Before you can build or design, you need acquisition. DUIT provides acquisition support in three areas: acquisition, project management and financial analysis.

Acquisition Support – Our experienced defense acquisition professionals are PMP, DAWIA level II and III certified and they use their acquisition skills to effectively develop and manage acquisition programs, projects and systems. DUIT has a team of integrated master schedulers, program/project schedulers business analysts and business financial managers. Financial Analysis Support– DUIT doesn’t just present numbers. We analyzes those numbers and provide financial strategies based on the organizations, agency or departments financial goals. Our financial analysts assist in the creation of programs and their associated budgets. Our financial analysts justify resources including manpower and funding and support the strategic plans of the organization or agency. We know how to defend finances and appropriations so programs keep their resources. We have experience performing statistical and graphical analysis on various aspects of resource management including fill rates, workforce skills, size and cost and we are successful at obtaining appropriations for new program requests. We advise organizations, agencies, program managers and senior leadership on the regulatory aspects of resources management to avoid violations such as anti-deficiency and misappropriation of resources.
